We had a wonderful stay in Perast close to Sveti Andrija and Fort Sanik, easy to ride and kotor bay, parking. Very friendly and amicable staff and we loved the host. It was stunning and amazing close to the centre.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartments Jovanovic. The owner and his family were incredibly kind and helpful, even going above and beyond to assist us with our car troubles. The view from our room and the spacious patio were truly stunning. The apartment itself was well-equipped and comfortable. The short walk to the waterfront and restaurants was convenient, and we were warmly welcomed with cold drinks in the fridge. We would definitely return for a longer stay. The friendly welcome from the hosts made me feel right at home, and the location in the laid-back town of Perast provided a tranquil atmosphere. It was definitely one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in for many years, and the view was the best.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay with the most spectacular views we have ever seen. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the bay, and we enjoyed the shade provided by the vineyard. The location above the town of Perast was peaceful and quiet, and we loved the easy access to the waterfront via the steps. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and peaceful atmosphere.

While the apartment had its charm, we did notice a few minor issues. The driveway leading down to the apartment was a bit rough, but we were informed that improvements were underway.

The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking! I could sit there for hours just enjoying the stunning beauty of the bay. the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating us like old friends. They even provided us with refreshing lemonade and delicious figs. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the sea and the center. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable.

Although the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, it could benefit from a deep clean. We found a few stray hairs in the bathroom and kitchen sink, which made us question the overall cleanliness.

We felt incredibly welcome at Jovanovic, with Miljan and his family being very nice and helpful. The apartment was cozy and clean, perfect for our family. The view of Kotor Bay from the terrace was breathtaking, and we enjoyed our meals while taking in the incredible scenery. It was a peaceful location, and we were able to easily walk into town.
